Donations are generally non-refundable

Donations to Bnei Avrohom are charitable gifts and are generally non-refundable once made.

Mistakes

If you made a mistake, for example the wrong amount, a duplicate donation, or a charge you did not authorize, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review it and, where appropriate, refund it to the original payment method. Refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling a recurring donation

• You can cancel a recurring (daily, weekly or monthly) donation at any time. No fee and no questions.
• To cancel, pause or change the amount, email [email protected] or call 718-288-9068.
• A cancellation stops all future charges. Days already given before the cancellation are not refunded, except for errors as described above.
